The Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives (GCNM) is hiring a Rector to provide strategic, technical, and administrative leadership to advance the College's mandate. Reporting to the Governing Council, the Rector will oversee policy formulation, program implementation, and resource management, while representing the College internationally and collaborating with key stakeholders. Candidates should have a PhD, be a distinguished Nursing or Midwifery practitioner, and have at least 10 years in senior management.
